How to Eat

1 Pay attention

Eating should not be a habit. You have to observe. Today the body needs a lot of food, so you eat a lot. Tomorrow, it may not take that much. Every animal is aware of this. If you have a dog at home, even if it stops eating on certain days. These days they have so stupidly disciplined him that he eats every day; otherwise, it is natural for him not to eat on certain days. He will eat grass, vomit and purify himself. All creatures are aware of this, but humans use their intellect to decide what to do.

Due to the education system, everyone goes through, we take our thoughts too seriously. Our attention is the best thing we have, not our thoughts. Our thoughts are the product of the meager data we collect. It won’t get us anywhere. It is our acumen and the intensity of our attention that can take us from one dimension of life to another.

2 Eat with gratitude

We must eat, but we must eat to enjoy the nutrients that food provides and with gratitude for what it means to our lives. This is not to take away the joy of eating. The real joy of eating is that you are aware of another life ready to blend in with your own life and be yourself. So when you sit in a space where you think there is strength and energy, you always cross your legs and sit down because you want to close your lower body. You don’t want to sit with your legs wide open in front of a private space because that will attract a completely different energy to you and can be detrimental to you. You want your upper body – above the Anahata – to be exposed to this.

Crossing your legs whenever you see a strong form is very important. Food is also a very powerful thing. If you don’t eat for three days, you get it. It is important that you cross your legs when the food comes in front of you. If you are very hungry and food is exposed to the whole body, it is not good for you. You should never extend your legs and sit in front of food, sacred objects, and people with some power in you because that will bring a kind of bad energy into your system.

4 Eat with your hands

When you don’t touch food, you don’t know what it is. If the food isn’t good enough to touch, I don’t know how it’s good enough to eat! In addition, the cleanliness of your hands is entirely in your hands, while the cleanliness of the spoon and fork is not necessarily in your hands.

No one but you has used these hands, so you can be sure of their cleanliness now. With a fork, you don’t know who used it, how they used it, and for what. 5 Chew food 24 times

6 Don’t talk while eating!

When to Eat

1 Wait two minutes before eating

I mean, you’re really hungry, but you wait two more minutes. Try doing that with whatever gets you the urge – just wait two minutes. It won’t kill you. It will leave you very strong. I say, “Wait two minutes” – it will definitely make you stronger.

Getting rid of this compulsion in the body is very important. Your body and mind are one component. All kinds of traces of the past have formed tendencies and they are compulsive. If you experience this, it means you have decided not to evolve. You’ve decided not to be afraid to live in the model. You don’t want to break the mold and explore new possibilities.

Food is something very basic and simple, but how you handle that aspect makes a big difference. It is a journey to a more conscious way of functioning by slowly moving away from the information that is already inside you and governs you from within.
